Job Responsibilities Greet and engage guests in a friendly, inviting & non-business manner.
Make our guests comfortable enough for them to share their home furnishing needs so you can bring their visions to life.
Provide world class guest experiences by offering guests an unforgettable visit.
Establish rapport with guests, strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening skills.
Using empathy to overcome objections.
Take all training to heart and put into practice with all guests.
Engage and stay engaged with guests while maintaining a low pressure consultative approach.
Who is the ideal candidate? Risk takers Current or previous homeowners that can relate to the majority of our guest's furniture shopping experience Someone who has made major purchases in their life, other than a car, and has no problems asking someone else for a sale that could exceed $10,000 Individuals who have displayed professional resiliency with tenure of 3-5 years OR MORE in a recent workplace Required Traits Embraces taking risks in life - risk taker Must have strong critical thinking skills to overcome guest resistance and to overcome objections.
Energetic, self-motivated professional Competitive spirit and goal oriented nature Flexibility to work a 5 day retail schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays.
Ability to comprehend training on complex computer systems Previous sales experience in retail commission based sales environment is a plus, but not required The Benefits Hourly Wage with a strong commission pay structure.
Your compensation will be a direct reflection of the level of service you provide guests.
Annual earnings range from $36k-75k.
