The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on one primary objective - creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers.

Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
Recommend additional and complimentary products.
Inform customers of current promotions and events.
Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.

Qualifications:
Strong and dependable work ethic, with a drive to uphold our Culture of Can Do Possess a passion for the beauty industry with the desire to teach our customers about our products Self-starter with a drive to continuously learn and develop in their career Must be at least 18 years of age Previous sales and/or cosmetology experience preferred but not required Why you'll love working here:
