Energetic, self-motivated professional Competitive spirit and goal oriented nature Flexibility to work a 5 day retail schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays.
Ability to comprehend training on complex computer systems Previous sales experience in retail commission based sales environment is a plus, but not required Job Responsibilities Greet and engage guests in a friendly, inviting & non-business manner.
Make our guests comfortable enough for them to share their home furnishing needs so you can bring their visions to life.
Provide world class guest experiences by offering guests an unforgettable visit.
Establish rapport with guests, strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening skills.
