Must be able to type 50 words per minute with special emphasis on accuracy and proofreading skills Must be able to understand written and verbal instructions Must exhibit excellent interpersonal skills Exhibits ability to remain calm and function effectively in a demanding, changing environment Must exhibit excellent time-management and orgnaizational skills Pay strict attention to accuracy and detail Must maintain a hig degree of confidentialy at all times Good physicial and mental health Must be able to lift, bend, pull and push, using good body mechanics, without limitations Must possess visual acuity with corrective lenses to read printed material; hearing ability with auditory aids to understand the normal speaking voice without viewing the speaker; and speaking ability to ask and answer pertinent questions and relay information Able to work under supervision or independently as directed by the situation Must be able to work under stressful conditions.
