Responsibilities of a Head Cook:
Ability to work several line positions Ability to open and close restaurant Memorize, record, and comprehend menu items, abbreviations, plate appearance, and portions Follow standard recipes Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances Cut fish and steak daily Order from multiple food providers Head Cook Job Requirements:
