We are a metal injection company that utilizes Feedstocks of various types of metals to manufacture intricate parts that are difficult to create by machining.
We provide parts to various industries with a strong focus on commercial firearms currently but will expand our market to that of our sister company MimEcrisa broad family.
Products range from prototypes produced by 3D Printing Systems by plastic or metal filaments, to the MIM of metal parts.
Job Duties:
Review work instructions to ensure worker order is performed to its standards to choose its correct material, mold, injection parameter program before the set-up of the injection machine.
Sets up and operates injection-molding machines to cast products from feedstock materials.
Installs dies on machine, according to work order specifications, using clamps, bolts, and hand tools.
Sets machine controls, regulating molding temperature, volume of feedstock, molding pressure, and time, according to injection parameters already defined.
Loads material into machine.
Ensures Robot arm is calibrated to remove parts from mold using precision guidance to ensure safety of robot arm and parts.
Inspection of parts per specified times.
Trim excess flash/material using hand tools, sand belt or glass blasting machine.
Placement of parts onto molybdenum plates as prescribed by work instructions.
Collect the runners in a labeled bin for said product, grind the runners into powder for reuse and label as recovered feedstock.
Create traveler documents to ensure processes and procedures to maintain records of production and feedstock information.
Set up auxiliary equipment.
Perform preventative equipment maintenance and repairs; maintain and organize tools and equipment, clean as you to ensure you meet 5S standards for Safety guidelines.
Inspect parts for standard qualification.
Work productively and cooperatively with others while maintaining clear communications.
Other duties as assigned.

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our team.
As an Injection Mold Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts.
Your attention to detail and mechanical knowledge will be crucial in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the equipment.
Duties:
- Set up and operate injection molding machines according to production specifications - Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as necessary to ensure product quality - Inspect finished products for defects and perform quality checks using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges - Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the production process - Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Skills:
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material quantities - Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes - Familiarity with using hand tools for equipment setup and maintenance - Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers - Proficiency in using wheel and belt sanders to remove burrs without damaging parts - Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on machinery - Understanding of plastics extrusion processes is beneficial We offer competitive pay rates, opportunities for career advancement, and a supportive work environment.
