Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for the following:
All store opening procedures (Ex. Turning on the lights, & unlocking the front door.)
Intake of 2 way radio equipment, Opening service orders, scheduling work to be performed.
Answer and route calls appropriately internally, accepting and processing payments via phone.
Making collection calls when needed.
Submitting warranty claims to vendors when appropriate.
Keeping an organized and up to date filling system.
Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience with in customer service.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
